Meaning: To carry out a certain breathing exercise while having your back on the floor
Actual Meaning: ..zzZZZ

Can't believe that there was actually smth like that lor, and i tot by calling myself A.C.S (Area Cleaning Specialist) was bad enough... Ok, i am ranting nonstop over some nonsensical issue over here coz i lack slp last nite ok? Forgive me, but i had bullets in my vest last nite, which explains why i could fight off the Z monster...
