Ahh, it has been a gd 2 days of booking in camp back again, with so much to say... Let me start it of with saying HAPPY BIRTHDAY! To both YiLe and PingWu, may your wishes come true! And speaking of which, i hope u like the present! (to pingwu..) Apparently, i got the same bag as him, juz that its a different colour. His is white, while mine is "shit" green.. No pics for u to enjoy, so juz visualise.. Or u can jio me out, then i can bring my bag along.. =P

Today, while still in camp at company line, i kinda did one of the most satisfying thing that i did for this year (this year hasn't really started much ya?).. I actually helped out to clean out that rubbish dump of an office! Gosh, can't believe how much crap was stored in those drawers.. It was so much, the shredder machine got stuck so many times, and we hav to keep on changing the trash bag in it.. The papers juz keep on appearing, and they are like so nt related to wat we do now... But anyway, we cleared up the whole office, re-arranged it, added 2 new cupboards, threw away 2 old cupboards as well as a shelve, and got all the papers into files.. We even did some area cleaning, clearing all those dust arnd the area and making the place look neater.. That was some big work la! We had like 18 bags of trash to throw away.. Imagine, 18 bags of trash that was stored over the years, how dumb.. And we are the batch that has to do that certain area cleaning... But it was seriously a wonderful sense of achievement when it was done...

After bookout today, rushed to church for prayer meeting... Fell asleep on that bus 33, and lucky enough to wake up juz 1 stop b4 the one i am supposed to alight.. And ya, i still haven eat dinner... So thru the whole meeting was like nua nua already, no strength to continue on... And i was kinda sick plus sleepy also, such a dangerous combi.. Thank God i pulled thru, nv KO halfway thru.. Even got "sabo-ed" by a last minute song.. Althou we still played thru it (thanks to samuel and me combo again), it was terrifying la.. Like that SBC Christmas thingy repeated itself... Well, at least i am home now.. Time to recuperate and prepare for a busy week ahead.. And its high time i stop typing and find something to eat...

Happy 2008 to all! New year has come, its time to start feeling a little older... Can't imagine i am posting this at home, juz minutes after the new year.. Shld be outside with the crowd, cheering in the new year.. But wat to do? Juz dun feel like going out this time round.. No mood to do that today.. Oh well, its the crowd's loss...

Ok, this is a few days worth of stuff, so read on..... Firstly, lets talk abt that prefects gathering that happened on friday... I went directly after having K session with a few of my church pple, and by the time i got there, no voice le... Then kinda went unwillingly to that gathering... Nt that i dun wanna go, but its coz i miss the last episode of Witch Youxi on channel u!! But at least i get to catch up with a few of the sec skl frens that i nv keep in touch with.. So its like some kinda update session, where i skip arnd to different areas of the hse where pple are gathering, juz to talk and see how they're doing.. Apparantly i haven been really talking much to the sec skl bunch of frens sia, i was more or less talking to them like i knew them long ago (which is true..).. Hav to go early coz of guard duty on saturday, then want to go home and get more slp first..

Fast forward to saturday guard duty... I feel like such a good guy la.. Actually when we drew lots, i got the most slack duty, which requires me to only prowl, collect ration, and throw rubbish.. Can sleep the whole day off sia! But, as i said, i am a kind, warm hearted person who cares for his fellow soldiers (bullshit..), so i decided to help them do a few shifts... In the end, all benefitted la. My frens get to do 1 shift less each, allowing them to hav a 6 hour break between each shift, while i get a chance to boast abt being Mr Nice Guy....

Fast forward again, to sunday! After i booked out, straight away went to church, but it was kinda bad la... Totally worn out after guard le, so i cant really focus and pay attention during sermon... I tried ok, but all i rmb was watch a video clip from walking with giants.. After church, went to meet up with simin, kania, and michelle... Lucky guy rite? Got 3 chio bus to accompany me go watch movie, eat dinner, and coffee session.. Paiseh hor samuel, pang seh u on the steamboat dinner thingy... It was an enjoyable time (not really when the gals went shopping for bras..), but in the end, time flew, and the day ended. Full stop..

Man, i juz experienced smth way cool la, or freaky if u call it that way.. It was pure coincidence, but still, i cant shake off the feeling that it juz happened to be that way...
Ok, i was going downstairs to cut my hair, and i was strolling down to the barber's, i started to hum the tune of a certain song.. Its nt a very recent song, quite some time back, and i juz happened to hum that tune. But when i entered that barber shop, i heard the radio playing the exact same song, the exact tune at which i was still humming... Weird? Freaky? Or way cool? Maybe i juz hav telepathy or smth ba, or my mind is in tune to 100.3FM... But nonetheless, this is a random post, juz thot it was darn cool.....

Thanksgiving Dinner..

Muahahaz, last night was a feast man! Went over to Simon's hse again, but this time nt to have Christmas party, its time to feast!! Chef was Ricky, with Sam and me as his assistants.. Together we form the Culinery Boys! Ok, that sounds corny, but we really did put up quite a spread (of at least 8 dishes?).. Ricky's confession: "Its my first time cooking sia, later got any problem with your stomach dun come look for me..", but seriously la, no one believes it la... If its really his first time, then he must hav been a born chef.. The dinner was so nice, we totally chewed up everything (except the plates)..

Next, we had a small new year resolution talk, which ended up being so light hearted, we almost laughed all the way through.. But after much effort, we finally got at least 5 resolutions each... I rmb at least one of mine, that is soooooooo impt, to lose weight! Funny how i say that almost evrytime, but it juz doesnt seem to work... Got talk no action la, nv walk the talk... Hopefully this year can be a little but different, otherwise i will start to be seriously too big to walk through doors....

Merry Christmas!

Ahh, the sight of melted snow falling from the sky sure brings the festive mood up, no? And adding to that, i hav 4 swollen red fingertips that can compare to Rudolphs nose... Haven been playing the guitar for too long a time, but last night/this morning was certainly more than enough to last me a whole month... Imagine playing the gig for 9 hours at different intervals.. Even rock stars get a break man....

Nonetheless, this year's caroling was fun, and definitely more interesting than the last. Considering the fact that we included many "surprises" for our guests, this year brought to us more laughter and joy.. And also more swollen fingers... For this christmas, i dun mind using a wish on having more guitarists in church, then at least can hav a rotation policy..

Ouch!

Great, i sprained my ankle... Fullstop... Have to do that 5 hours b4 caroling starts!! Actually nt 5 hours la... Was already feeling quite sore after i missed a step on the staircase yesterday, but this morning when i woke up, i was like *%$#@^%$#%^!!!!!!
